WOMEN’S SUPPORT GROUP

This support group is for graduate, re-entry, and transfer undergraduate women students who would like to better understand themselves and others. Topics discussed in the group are: academic pressure, depression and anxiety, gender roles, self-identity, getting own need met, assertive communication, family concerns, time/stress management, setting boundaries, improving relationships, and increasing self-esteem. OVERCOMING EMOTIONAL EATING

This free, 8-week workshop will teach you specific skills to liberate yourself from emotional eating and enhance our life. Each week there will be a mindfulness exercise, a brief presentation, and group activities and discussion. End emotional eating through acceptance and change.
