Collaboration requests are typically made when a group or organization wishes to work with the WRRC on a project (borrow WRRC materials, receive WRRC input, otherwise get support from the WRRC) but does not require monetary support.

We offer funding, space reservations, publicity, and WRRC supplies as co-sponsorship contributions. Proposals are considered on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Click Here1. Program/event/workshop must support the WRRC's mission and work to enhance the university's commitment to campus diversity and gender equity.2. The applicant(s) proposal and application should include a degree of advanced planning and a thorough description and/or goals of the program/event.3. UC Davis departments: registered student organizations, students, and staff or faculty.4. The applicant(s) requesting funds for the program/event/workshop cannot benefit financially (i.e. no fundraising) from the program/event/workshop.5. The event admission should be either free or an admission charge that would not be above what would be considered a nominal fee to recoup expenses.
• If admission is charged, publicity must state that “persons who request “free” or reduced admission will be accommodated without question.”• If admission is charged as a fundraiser, publicity must state where admissions is being raised for, and provide additional information on the organization and/or cause monies are being raised for in the letter proposal.During the academic year the WRRC staff will consider/approve proposals on a first-come, first-serve basis each month with priority given to proposals that meet the guidelines below. Applications and letter proposals submitted during the summer (June-September) will not be considered or approved until late September-early October. Request a co-sponsorship by filling out this form at least 2-3 weeks before the requested program date.
