Applications and letter proposals submitted during the summer (June-September) will not be considered or approved until late September-early October. Request a co-sponsorship by filling out this form at least 2-3 weeks before the requested program date.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for consideration/approval of proposal and application. Incomplete proposals will not be sent back for completion and not considered for approval.
