Barbies
We Would Like to See In Winter Quarter of 1997, the WRRC sponsored a contest and exhibit called "Barbies We Would Like To See." The contest was an invitation to the campus community to "remodel" the Barbie doll and in the process, look at the discrepancies between the images of women that Barbie portrays vs. the actual lives and appearances of real women. |
