Information & Support Services
The University is a big and, sometimes, impersonal place, especially if you're trying to find someone who can help you with a specific question, issue or problem. The WRRC can help. We are a confidential unit and pride ourselves on providing friendly, personalized help to students, staff or faculty who want our assistance. Our bulletin boards and pamphlet racks are filled with useful information. You can come in and browse on your own or talk with one of our staff. Wondering "how to help a friend"? Check out our downloadable resources. Need a referral for help with sex discrimination, an eating disorder, divorce or custody, a health concern, volunteer and internship opportunities, domestic violence, women's organizations, emergency aid? Call or drop by, we're here for you!

Co-sponsorships & Scholarships
The Women's Center has limited funding for programs, events, research and conferences that support the mission of the center. Scholarships offered by the center include: Ellen Hansen Memorial Prize for women in the Arts; Eva Schenke Memorial Fund for gender based research; and Margareta Lelea Scholarship for gender focused international internships. To learn more about them, click here.

Meeting Space
Organizations and support groups with a focus on gender/women’s issues may reserve the Righteous Babes' Lounge (RBL) by calling Macy at (530) 752-3372 or visiting the Women's Center. Several student organizations meet regularly in this space such as NOW, MALCS, and the Pregnant Graduate Support Group. Check out all of our facilities that are open to everyone.
