As an undergraduate paid intern at the WRRC, you will have significant responsibility and influence. You'll work collaboratively with professional staff, other interns and volunteers. You'll have time, funding, training and staff support to carry out your responsibilities. You'll work with others who care about you as a person, where you can be yourself and be treated with respect.

What you can gain from a WRRC internship:

• Work experience that will help you after college

• Skill in working with a diverse group of people

• New insights into yourself and the intersections of your identities

• Understanding of the range and depth of gender and social justice

• Experience in community outreach, event programming and facilitation
