ELA is an organization based in California which works to promote, through scholarships and grants, the inclusion of people with disabilities in arts, advocacy and education

The scholarships are for any woman with a physical disability who is enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited college or university in the United States.

Microsoft Research Graduate Women's Scholarship

The Microsoft Research Graduate Women's Scholarship is a one-year scholarship program for outstanding women graduate students and is designed to help increase the number of women pursuing a PhD.

This program supports women in the second year of their graduate studies. Women who are interested in this scholarship must apply during first year of graduate studies.

P.E.O. International Peace Scholarship

T.E.O. International Peace Scholarship (IPS) Fund was established in 1949 to provide scholarships for international women students to pursue graduate study in the United States and Canada.

P.E.O. Scholar Awards (PSA) was established in 1991 to provide substantial merit-based awards for women of the United States and Canada who are either pursuing a doctoral level degree or are engaged in postdoctoral research at an accredited college, university or institution.
