Bio

Tracy Thomas (she/they) is a California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). She provides multi-cultural mental health care services to marginalized, underrepresented, and underserved communities.

In her person-centered, humanistic approach to therapy, she helps students with a variety of other challenges such as academic stress, burnout, intimate partner and family relationship challenges, identity development, social justice issues, and more.

Tracy has specialized interest, training, and experience in treating symptoms due to traumatic experiences. She is an EMDRIA certified practitioner and uses EMDR as a primary tool to help clients heal from symptoms of trauma. Tracy identifies as Black, Indigenous/Native American, and Allo-Inclusive.

 

Tracy's Schedule

Monday – Remote Day (Zoom Appointments)

8:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: Mornings - (8:00 a.m. - 1:50 p.m.) at the WRRC

Afternoons - (2:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.) at the Veteran’s Success Center
