  • Maker's Market
  • Maker’s Market is an annual event that celebrates student creativity, artistry, and entrepreneurship. This one-day market provides free space and event support for student makers to showcase and sell their handmade creations—from art and crafts to zines and jewelry. It’s a vibrant, community-centered space that uplifts student voices, talents, and small businesses.
  • STEM for Girls
  • STEM for Girls invites 10 - 12 year old students from our partner schools in the Woodland and Sacramento areas to the University of California, Davis for a full day immersion into science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). Our goals are to expose students to STEM fields, build confidence in their abilities to participate in STEM, and introduce them to relatable and accessible STEM role models.
  • Davis Feminist Film Festival
  • The Davis Feminist Film Festival (DFFF) is an annual grassroots event that links alternative media to feminist social issues. DFFF showcases independent films from around the world (including documentary, narrative, and experimental genres) that explore perspectives often missing from mainstream United States film and media.
  • STEM Baddies
  • STEM Baddies seeks to create an inclusive study space for all that centers women, trans*, nonbinary, and gender expansive scholars. Participants get to learn a new study skill and put it into practice. Join us to improve your study skills, eat yummy snacks, and get some of that studying done!
  • Social Spaces
  • Community gatherings designed to foster connection, support, and joy—centering the experiences of gender-marginalized people. These events range from intimate dialogue circles (like spaces for trans femmes of color) to larger community-wide gatherings (like our Open House). Whether small or large, each space is rooted in care, belonging, and affirmation. All are welcome.
  • Empowerment Series
  • Empowerment Programs create space for communities to share their lived experiences and co-create bold, creative responses to gender inequity, sexism, and cissexism. Through workshops, dialogues, and skill-building opportunities, these programs center collective wisdom, foster leadership, and inspire action toward justice and liberation. All are welcome.
  • Hear Me Out
  • Hear Me Out is a quarterly dialogue series that invites the UC Davis community into open, facilitated conversations about trending feminist and gender equity topics shaping student life today. Led by career staff and supported by scholar staff, these programs create space to explore current issues through a critical lens—bridging personal experiences with broader conversations in higher education.
