Gender Equity Intern Role:
The WRRC Gender Equity Internship Program strives to provide leadership and professional skill development opportunities in inclusive and intersectional feminist spaces where students recognize their leadership potential and where women, womxn, trans, non-binary and gender nonconforming students can become fully empowered. We seek to empower interns to develop creative ways to address sexism, genderism, cisgenderism, cissexism that inspire hope and offer opportunities to create change. The GenEq Internship Program offers student-scholars an opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting WRRC functions, developing programs, and providing outreach presentations. Interns commit to a full-academic year at the WRRC.
