Gender Equity Awareness Month

This month-long educational initiative takes place during the month of March, and aims to raise awareness of sexism and trans-misogyny while also providing students, faculty, and staff with needed skills and tools to counteract sexism. Programs are curated through collaborations between the WRRC and campus and community partners. If you are interested in having a program or event featured on the calendar during Gender Equity Awareness Month, contact Cecily Roberts, WRRC Director, at cnelsona@ucdavis.edu.

International Women's Day

Celebrated each year on March 8th, this annual celebration brings awareness to gender inequities and trailblazers who have contributed to gender equity throughout past and present. This year, join the WRRC for a trivia night at Gunrock Pub on Friday, March 7th from 4:30-6pm. We will have FREE food, a trivia game, and amazing prizes from organizations and small businesses committed to social justice. All are welcome!
